What It Is

Individual therapy is a supportive and collaborative space designed to help you understand yourself more deeply, process what feels overwhelming, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, or a life transition, therapy provides a steady place to slow down, reflect, and grow—at your own pace.

Our sessions together are guided by your needs, your story, and your goals. There is no one-size-fits-all. Instead, we work together to explore what’s showing up in your life, how it impacts your emotional and physical wellbeing, and what helps you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.

What We Work On Together

People seek therapy for many reasons. Some common focuses include:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression, low motivation, or emotional numbness

  • Trauma, grief, or difficult past experiences

  • Identity exploration (cultural identity, gender, sexuality, sense of self)

  • Self-esteem and self-worth

  • Relationship patterns and attachment wounds

  • Burnout and life transitions

  • Coping tools and emotional regulation

Whether your struggles feel “big” or “small,” they deserve attention, understanding, and care.

If You’re Thinking About Starting Therapy

Reaching out is often the hardest part. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply need a willingness to show up for yourself.

If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a consultation. We’ll have a gentle conversation about what you’re hoping for and see if it feels like a good fit.

You are not meant to do this alone.
Support is available. Healing is possible.

My Approach

My style is warm, non-judgmental, and relational. I hold space with compassion and curiosity, while also offering gentle guidance, insight, and practical tools. I use an integrative approach to explore both how you are coping now and where your patterns were shaped—so healing can happen not just at the surface, but at the roots.
