How It Works
Mindfulness-based and holistic therapy blends evidence-based practices with trauma-informed care. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or thought patterns, we work with the whole person. Together, we explore how stress and emotions show up in your body, use mindfulness to increase present-moment awareness, and integrate creative tools to support deeper processing and insight. Sessions are paced gently and tailored to your needs.
What to Expect in Session
Sessions may include guided mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, breathwork, and body awareness, alongside talk therapy and creative expression. You won’t be asked to “clear your mind” or meditate perfectly. Instead, you’ll learn practical tools to notice sensations, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care—helping you feel more regulated, connected, and balanced both in and outside of therapy.
